All artwork and photographs presented on this site are the property of Ivan Keaye Art and Photography. They are subject to Copyright and are protected by the intellectual property code. Any unauthorized reproduction, by any process whatsoever, constitutes an infringement.

Note that sole copyright to the associated artworks on this site, including artwork and prints sold, are fully retained by the artist. Works of art cannot be modified without the permission of Ivan Keaye Art and Photography. Works cannot be distributed, mutilated or modified in any way that would prejudice the reputation of the artist. All copyright and other intellectual property rights in our website and the material on our website are reserved.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the artwork framed?

Purchased artwork does not come framed. This would require special handling, increased shipping cost and delay in fulfilling your order. I have endeavored to use standardized sizing for all works including Limited Editions so that your preference in frame size and style is available to you easily through your local retailers. This also gives our artwork a personal touch all your own. 

 

Do I own the artwork that I've purchased?

Yes, however Ivan Keaye reserves the rights to the artwork purchased. Works are classified as Limited Editions or unlimited reproductions. Limited editions are accompanied by Certificates of Authenticity which stipulate retention of Artist's Rights and Copyright. Reproductions retain the same rights and copyright. The purchaser has limited rights with respect to the transfer (example, gifting) or re-sale of Limited Editions and reproductions in keeping with copyright and intellectual property rights stated on this website.   

Can I purchase artwork I like in a larger size?

Yes, only as a Custom Order, not through the Webshop. Use the Contact page to provide information on what you would like and we will reply with pricing typically within 24 hours. 

What is your turnaround time?

Most Webshop orders will require 24-48 hours turnaround time. Large format items may require additional time due to special handling and packaging to safely secure shipment. See also Delivery on this page. 

What is the difference between Limited Edition and regular prints?

Limited Editions come with a Certificate of Authenticity on the reverse of the artwork. Each certificate is numbered and signed by the artist. These pieces are limited to a set number and not exceeded, which over time adds value to the artwork. Although regular prints retain the same artist's copyright as Limited Editions, they do not come with certificates.  

Delivery Options

Depending on customer location we use USPS, UPS or FedEx to ship all our artwork. These have guaranteed delivery schedules and you can track packages in transit. In terms of size and the item purchased we utilize a range of advanced packaging materials to protect your artwork in transit. We are not responsible however for the handling of shipments by the carrier while in transit but will work with you to resolve any issue regarding delivery should any issue arise.
